Dario Strina
Research Technician
Area of interest:
I work at IRGB Milan Unit as Senior Technician.
My expertise are in molecular biology techniques, mouse surgery and cell culture including murine and human induced pluripotent stem cells.
In particular, in the last years I have been involved in the study of human bone diseases in mouse models. I have optimized mouse micro surgery including in utero transplantation, femoral bone injections, and ovariectomy . In parallel I am an expert in the manipulation of human and mouse induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC cells line), subcloning of single iPSC clone, iPSC characterization and differentiation
Laboratory management is also one of my duties at IRGB Milan Unit
