Area of interest:
I am a Senior Technician expert in histology, in situ hybridization, laser microdissections and image analysis. I am also responsible for the management of the cell culture database of our research group.
In particular, in the last 10 years I have acquired a strong expertise in: FFPE histology, MMA histology, improved techniques in paraffin and resin. Optimized enzymatic staining techniques. Methodical optimization of ISH (RNAscpe) on human and murine tissues. Responsible for the collection of the material and subsequent compilation of the DVR.
